“Good service and price ,informative and helpful info on phone Product works well and word clarity is excellent without hearing aids. Only downside is that earphones are a little heavier than expected,but I am getting accustomed to this now.”

“Fabulous clock, my daughter loves it and it's certainly loud enough for her to hear without hearing aids. There was a slight delay with delivery due to some admin problems but once the cause for delay was identified hearing direct sent it out on an overnight delivery FOC. Good customer service.”
