“The delivery is speedy as stated and the goods arrived in good conditions. Ex-VAT made my purchase a better deal. If more update on more new lines / new items and expanding to more brands that's a definite online shop for me to keep shopping on Hervia.”

“Hervia is so dear to me. I would like to give them a VERY GOOD overall rating because they were very consistent and prompt when it comes to delivery and personal request. However I had a recent transaction that unfortunately deliver a wrong size of shoes. They were so kind of pledging a full responsibility on reimbursing the shipment cost for returning item. It's just that custom duties and delivery charges can not be refunded. I just hope that this matter will not occur again because I really trusted and had so much respect in this company and it's always been a great pleasure doing business with them.”

“I live in the USA and i must commend the expedited delivery on orders.The selection of merchandise is somewhat limited and the refund of returns to the ewallet as opposed to the original form of payment limits the decision to purchase from this merchant.”
