“The service i find good. The website needs to display its garments on humans to give a better idea of how it will look when being worn. And you should do free returns. A store of your calibre and the price of the pieces and garments you sell a free return is not outrageous. In fact standard for a lot of online stores. It's one thing that prevents me buying from you especially if another store is selling the same item with free returns.”

“Although Hervia's shipping options to the U.S.--I live in Seattle--are not the best, I must say that their sale prices are very good. However, their customer service is absolutely terrible! I wanted to exchange a pair of trousers I'd purchased for a larger size. As instructed on their website, I contacted their customer service. I followed all the instructions provided by their customer representative, Louis, exactly and immediately. However, all my several follow-up emails to find out the status of my exchange have gone unacknowledged and unanswered. I am now out-of-pocket $164.30 ($111.88 for trousers + $32.52 postage + $19.90 return postage) plus a lot of follow-up time and frustration. (The larger size I wanted to exchange the trousers for is still currently available on their website--the last one available.) I will definitely not repeat.”

Very sorry to here about this poor service - it is certainly not up to our usual standard. On investigation, the senior person dealing with this went on holiday and due to lack of commuication, thought the matter had been dealt with. When the office opens on Monday, we will resolve this to your satisfaction. Very sorry again for the inconvenience.

“I discovered that the security tag had been left on the garment, but as I wanted to wear it for a weekend away didn't have the chance to return it to have the tag removed.”

“Hi Hervia this is just to let everyone know looking at the Hervia site right now & thinking of purchasing items do it you will not be disappointed with your purchases, I've shopped with them a few times now & not once been disappointed I've had my deliveries on time & had lovely feedback from Hervia thanking me this will not be the last you will here from me off on my hills with my beautiful daughter now back soon to shop, Oh forgot to mention I've converted a couple of friends onto Hervia who have shooed & not been disappointed ???? thank you HerviaX”

“The Comme des Gar?ons 'Play' tee shirt, shrunk so much I can no longer wear it . After the 1st wash ( by hand at 30 degrees as advised on the label ), very unhappy ! Before leaving this negative review I contacted customer services, Lewis Taylor, and he was really unhelpful ! I am a freelance stylist, with over 25 years in the business and I am really sad to have to leave this kind of comment! Shame on you Hervia.......”
