“The clothes are interesting and the website works well for me. Hervia has excellent customer service. The staff have always been extremely helpful with sizing etc. Items have always been very quickly sent and if they are not right I have always had a quick refund. Highly recommend.”

“I had a good experience overall but I'm not sure if my shoes are the real deal or a nock off. It came on a funny shoe box not the one from the brand. I bought designer shoes before from other websites and it was quite reassuring to receive it in the original box. The only assurance I had was the price I supposed for real comme des garcon!”

“I live in the USA and found the last available coat I wanted, in my size, at Hervia. Before my purchase I sent an email inquiring about details on the return policy that I didn't fully understand. I received an immediate response with a very clear answer. I ordered the coat and it arrived in the USA faster than boutiques that I order from that are actually in the USA. I love my purchase and I love the service. Then, on top of that, I received $50 in store credit due the the stellar VIP Rewards program. In short, I found my new favorite shop.”

“Arrived fast, very happy with the product. Only problems were that I never received a tracking number (which I assume is really DHL's fault but it did arrive fast) and there's some sort of mark from somethin (maybe pen or makeup) for a few inches near the botttom so I have to figure out how to get that out of synthetic leather.”
