“They have an amazing selection. I bought two shoes which I had to return both. Paid all the returns and not have been fully refunded so I believe I paid their postage coasts as well. With many services postage is included in service. Also the tag of the shoe I took out but was intact in the box so it was sent back to me as well. The last one is my mistake but mind. Cost me 180 pounds to transact with nothing in my hands”

“Exceptional Service / great selection of contemporary clothing. I always enjoy shopping at Hervia ( on line) because of the great selection of clothing and their exceptional customer service. I recently purchased a comme des garçon shirt in the sale. The shirt arrived promptly but had a few small marks on it. I contacted Hervia and was given the option of a complete refund on a further discount. I choose the later as I had purchased the shirt for a particular event and was given a further 10% discount.
