“I always enjoy shopping at your store, the delivery and information is excellent. However the cost of items is to such an amount that I feel free return shipping could be covered by yourselves or put into the cost of the item. It makes mistakes with sizes or styles even more expensive. Many other online shops do this, it might be something to consider.”

“The only reason I have not given a VERY GOOD rating was due to the returns policy which almost put me off ordering. It states that clothing cannot be tried on before returning. The main reason most shoppers return items is due to fit purposes. Fortunately mine did fit!”

“For those photos, it would be much better to have a model wearing the clothes on and show the model's measurement and what size he is wearing. More size guide is needed such as measurement of the Chest, Shoulder, Arm, Waist etc. If more line of Thom Browne, Valentino, Neil Barret that would be great and I am very sure this can further increase online sales of Hervia.”

“Like Hervia Yamamoto and CdG items, and their great sale prices. Only one thing differs in my opinion (good, but not very good) the shipping. It is called express shipment, yet it last two, three days, when few years later it took only one (flight way).”

“Hervia's response and services are very good, also reliable shipping information update. If Hervia can bring in more brands and fill with more products and sizes I will definitely buy more. I like Thom Browne if can bring in Valentino and Neil Barret that would be great. Promotion and free worldwide shipping is of course a good push to shop more.”
