“Delivery was very fast and I have no complaints about customer service either. The website was easy to use and checkout was simple to do. The pictures on site are clear though it would be good to have pictures of the items on a model as well.”

“Ordered some items. It says payment accepted but after a few days I got an email stating my order has been cancelled without notifying me of the issue. Got refunded a few days later but lost a few dollars most probably due to exchange rate.”

Dear Gabriel, Unfortunately we are unable to ship any fragrances outside of the UK. This is due to courier restrictions not allowing the shipment of flammable goods. We do state on all our fragrance listings that we are unable to ship outside of the UK. As a result your order was cancelled and refunded by our system, however a full explanation should have been sent to you by a member of our team, and so we can only apologise if this didn't happen. “The item was in brand new condition as stated. Only thing I was quite discontent was that I thought the bag I ordered was the smaller version of the two. But instead it was the bigger version. I speak of the RO adri bag. There was no mention or style code of the bag if I recall. Either way, awesome price and fast shipping!”
