Dear Yunah, we communicate all order updates via email including dispatch notifications. You can also view your order progression by signing into your Hervia account. “Fast delivery. good Price. But.. I requested to cancel my first order, it didn't work. I know it's hard to check all the orders on time. However I requested it almost right away. I suggest to cancel or change the order within 30min after order confirmed.”

“I purchased a number of items from the website and when I had a question (which I emailed) Louis for the team, responded quickly and professionally.
