“I had an excellent appointment with Jane. She fully explained the changes in my hearing aid and provided an aid memoire should I have any problems in the future. I have always had an excellent rapport with all staff at this centre and am treated with great care and consideration.”

“The analysis of my hearing performance by John Rowlands was very satisfactory. The resulting hearing aids have certainly improved my hearing and at the follow-up appointment an adjustment to the reception of higher frequencies has eliminated annoying background rustling sounds. I am very impressed by the personal aspect of my appointments and the assurance that contact on any future problems can be made as well as there being further checking appointments..”
