“Hidden Hearing has been exceptional in their approach to an elderly friend who is extremely hard of hearing, particularly Daniel in the Perth branch. The service Daniel provided has been truly exceptional: encompassing a high level of professionalism, tempered with empathy and kindness. I would have no reservation in using the company myself, when needed, and recommending their services to others.”

“I am not happy with the way I have been treated, i was very unhappy with the service I received In as much as in as much as I was told that my hearing aid would be ready last Tuesday And although he came and although he came The hearing aid provided was not fit for purpose therefore I now have to wait another week which I find very disappointing.”
