“My appointment was with mr John Rowlands. He was very thorough and courteous. Everything was explained to me in detail and I was very impressed with the service. I will be contacting John in the near future to discuss ordering hearing aids.”

“I can’t believe what a difference my new aids have made to my life. It has opened up my world. I now go to my fitness classes, the theatre, pictures and i now have such a great social life i will be forever grateful to Elaine Norris and all the lovely staff for giving me my life back.”

“Hidden Hearing contacted me recently to say that I should have an annual hearing test and that Georgina Leggatt would call me to arrange a test and service my hearing aids. This worked very well and I am delighted (and relieved) to know that my hearing has not deteriorated over the past 12 months. Good service ! Many thanks. Pat Baldwin.”
