“Having specified an interest in a specific Starkey model of hearing aid prior to the appointment, I was disappointed to find that the only device available was an Oticon model. However, the excellence of the presentation and fitting of that device persuaded me to go with.it, notwithstanding an unease about the price. Subsequent research revealed that that aid was available at a price which was 30% less. I have cancelled the arrangement and asked for the return of my deposit. This experience and the 'dishonesty' of this company's Marketing ploys have reinforced my long held low opinion of it.”

“Ms Tamsin Masterson arrived punctually, was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. She checked both my wife and I and gave some good advice regarding the health of our ears and explained the results of our tests. She is welcome to come again.”
