“The hearing aids are OK but I don't like the high pitched sounds !”

“my appointment was at the Peterborough Branch ,I was seen by a lady called Helen .The tests were carried out in a very professional manner. the hearing aids I purchased were expensive, and not within everyones reach . but to me they were worth the cost ,being able to join in a conversation”

“I had my hearing test in Sudbury. The room was quite inadequate as I could only hear the traffic outside. The audiologist was also klicking around in high heels, which was also very unhelpful. I was expecting to be in a sound proof booth. I was very disappointed and thought the whole experience was a complete waste of my time. I was also unhappy at not being able to have a copy of my results. Patricia Ward. Sudbury”

“I haven't completed my association with Hidden Hearing. In about two weeks when I shall be fitted with (invisible) hearing aids and enjoyed the sheer pleasure of not having to say 'Pardon?' I shall write a review.”

“Roy was very interesting during my meeting with him and I realised my hearing was not as it should be and I could see that that the aid suggested to me was necessary. However the amount is too great in the midst of funeral costs yet to come. If there will be cheaper costs then I will consider a purchase within the year. Thank you and Roy”

“although I consider I hear well for my age, after being given a rather thorough inspection, I was advised I have substantial hearing loss. I have known for a very long time that one loses reception of higher frequencies as time passes, but apart from some soaps on tv, where they talk in stage whispers at times, and also have background music a lot of the time, I didn't think I had a real problem. Apparently with the loss of high frequency reception, I lose some consonant sounds, which accounts for the apparent mumbling. With a 60 day trial period. I should be able to tell if the hearing aids are able to help me with this. I can't think of a reason not to give it a try”

“Staff are always polite and helpful. Home service is excellent. Shame the reason I purchased the HH hearing aids was to be able to have a conversation when there was high background noise. Hearing aids only increase the background noise level.”
