“The lady that came to check my hearing was lovely, putting me at my ease throughout the visit. I thought the hearing test was very thorough and I was given extensive information re the ear/whole hearing process and how having deafness can alter peoples lives.”

“I am a bit disappointed with my hearing aid. Andrew kindly adjusted them last week and feel ok now thank you. It would be more benefit if the yearly check up could be every 6 months.”

“The gentleman who called at my home was pleasant & professional as were the people on the phone. If I have one minor concern is that you don’t give any prices up front. I do understand that this would be difficult but I did say I couldn’t afford 1000’s but was assured that may not be the case then I was quoted £1,695 for one ear.”
