“Now that I have full confidence in my Hidden Hearing clinician I am receiving excellent service. Louise is very efficient and gives me confidence that I am getting the best service possible. She is on top of developments and very good with the new technologies. The administrative support could be better. This template doesn’t really fit my experience unfortunately. I had a routine hearing test so questions about speed of response are not relevant.”
