“This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve had so far. Even Chinese knock-off merchants like Temu and Shein handle deliveries far more efficiently than this brand.
An order that was supposed to arrive within 2–5 days is now taking weeks, and no one seems to have a clue what’s going on. Pepkor/JD Group’s delivery service is by far the most pathetic I’ve encountered.
Judging by the reviews here, this appears to be a common issue. I strongly advise anyone considering an online purchase from this store to look for alternative.”
“I placed an order online, entering a new delivery address for the shipment. As soon as my order was placed, I received and email showing the shipment was going to an old address of mine. I immediately emailed them to correct it. I have now made on average around 15 calls to their customer care with no resolve - every time I call in I need to hash out all the events to date to no resolve. I cannot track my order on their online tracking page either. I have no tracking details and have no idea now where my parcel is, as does no one else. Why have a customer care service if the people working there don't know how to care for the customer! This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have had for an online sale.”
