“At Otjiwarongo branch we bought 4 fans and returned one that was broken in the box. The staff where playing music so hard that we could not hear each other talk. The following people was very unfriendly and rude Menice, Jolanda and specially Nita that is actualy at customer care. Nobody smiles. When I asked them to turn down the volume in the shop it was met with rudeness. Very bad experience. One member of the staff named Ryan was very helpfull and friendly. thumps up to him”
