Upon collection of the machine the Assistant Manger was nowhere to be found and he alone had access to the collection of the machine. The whole staff did not know where he is. we waiting almost 30 minutes and no apology was made. Name of the manager is Zweli.”
“I waited 5 days for delivery after receiving a sms that it had been collected, and when I phoned I was told that I must contact Aramex, giving me the waybill number. The recording on the call said I must check online and there it said it has been delivered. I had to phone again and was told that the waybill didn't have any contact details on. So how does Aramex take a parcel with no contact details on and why didn't Hi-Fi Corp not complete the waybill?”
“I had to take a Canon Copier, Printer Scanner into Rosebank Jhb HiFi Corp shop. the only pleasant part of the experience was Nontokozo Memela at Customer Service. While I sat and waited for nearly an hour I appreciated her handling of two other customers - polite and empathetic. And the same with me when it was my turn.
I had to contact her for some documents later and she emailed them to me promptly.”
