“Their service is absolutely terrible. I ordered a fridge that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I called them because I was noticing that time was passing by fast and I wasn’t receiving any communication from the drive. They assured me that I would receive my order. To my surprise I got the link that the driver was delivering to me at 19:28, immediately after that before I could get excited I got another one stating they had failed to deliver and that they would organise another delivery. To my surprise this morning, I had to be the one to call them because they had not made any arrangements to deliver my fridge. When I called them they could not give me a reason why my order was not delivered, when it would be delivered and how I can reach the delivery company. Instead I was told to wait 24 hours in order to find out what happened. HiFi Corp themselves doesn’t have direct communication with their delivery company 🤮 Their service is straight up trash. Should I not receive my order today best believe I am taking this to tiktok and twitter!”
