"I recently visited [Hifi corp Balitto] and was disturbed to find a consultant in tears. She shared that her manager regularly calls her names and mistreats her at work. I was shocked and disappointed to hear this, as it's unacceptable for any employee to be treated this way.
While the furniture selection may be good, the poor management and mistreatment of staff is a major concern. It's not right for employees to feel uncomfortable and disrespected in their workplace.
Until the company addresses this issue and ensures a safe and respectful work environment for all employees, I cannot recommend shopping here.”
