“My partner had an account with HIFI Corp Fourways where we bought a tv, due to financial situations the account was in arrears and handed over. The tv had a faults we contacted the supplier, they picked up the tv and said the fault can't be fixed, we will have to get a new tv from the store. A credit note was issued but the store is refusing to give us the tv. Meanwhile we made payments arrangement with the debt collectors and paying the account. All we asking for now, since the store has made it clear that we not getting the tv, can they kindly clear the whole account and pay us what is due to us. We tired of going up and down with them and yet we can't be paying for a product that we do not have.”
