I got hold of Sheril the manager and she said they were out of stock but she would get hold of the branches to find one and get it delivered to us. She phoned me to say that she had found one and organized payment online and

“Hi I really need to lodge a complain..I return my sound system to be fixed with everything it came back with no remote I try to go to the shop they keep turning me away I phoned bt idnt get help...even the system delayed to combek to me I had to be after them.
The staff hang up on me..I only need my remote back. BAYWEST MALL PPRT ELIZABETH!!!????!!!!!!!2 mnth now I'm still waiting for remote not happy at all”
