“I came to buy a washing machine, I was assisted by Nompumelelo at Mall@Carnival, who's apparently a cashier, I was so satisfied with the customer service I got from her because I was able to get the machine which was best for my preference. I'm so happy with her services, we definitely need more people like her. I'll definitely be coming back to buy more appliances in future”
“I recently had the pleasure of shopping at HiFi Corp in Mbabane, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to assist. Nhloniphile, in particular, stood out with their exceptional customer service. They were knowledgeable about the products and took the time to recommendations that made my decision easier.
They answered all my questions and even demonstrated a few products, ensuring I felt confident in my purchase. I will definitely return for future purchases!”

“I had an extremely bad experience at the fridge department. I truly wanted to purchase a fridge no sales person came to my assistance.
As I walked away mentioning poor service I bumped into a young lady who came from the back and overheard me mentioning my dissatisfaction. She was courteous and wanted to assist, unfortunately she was too late as my mind was made up. So your shop missed a 13k sale.”
“Customer Service from Mr Themba Khumalo was brilliant. He assisted me, my laptop was booked for repairs, and it took long. Hi helped me to get a new and bigger laptop. I am so grateful.”
