My aunt and I went to buy a laptop and an ice maker, and the service was extremely disappointing. We stood in the store for almost 3 hours with no proper assistance. After going home, we heard nothing for 3 days, so we called — only to be told the paperwork wasn’t done, even though staff had said it was. When we returned, we had to wait another 4 hours. We were then asked to pay a deposit that was never explained to us, but we paid just to finally get our items. Later, we discovered the invoice didn’t even include the ice maker we had purchased. When we went back, no one knew anything about it. This was a terrible experience from start to finish — poor communication, long waiting times, hidden costs, and missing items. do not shop here!!!

Wonderful service from a guy there named Kea by Hifi corp Wonderpark usually they wouldn’t tend to customers looking for headsets but he took his time and assisted me

First it took 12 day to deliver a item . On the 12th day a courier company called saying they are outside . They where in the wrong province. I call the customer care line the agent first try to say oh they made a mistake and went to the billing address instead of the shipping which is another problem as my billing and shipping address is both in the same Province and that wasn't and excuse to be in the wrong place. The call got cut I called again spoke to a different person they said a ticket would be logged a got a email asking my order number which I provide they response was "Good day, Thank you for your email. We’re really sorry for the experience you’ve had. Please note that once delivery is selected, we’re unable to make any changes to the order. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Kind Regards, Sindy HiFi Corp Team" at no point did I ask to change the order I asked to fix the delivery address . I called after I received this response the lady whom i spoked to said she will put in a request for a refund and then the call got cut again. I call again to ask whats happening as the call was cut this agent told me the parcel was in cape town but he could change the address i asked what address was on as my 1st phone call which I record the agent was supposed to change it and surprise is wasn't when I asked why can you change the delivery address my call go cut again . My last call the agent advised that the order is still in the wrong address and not in cape town he did manage to called the refund request and I spent 15 minutes giving the correct address and then the call got cut I am not sure now what is the status of my order or where its going as I spoke to 5 different people and nobody has be able to change a address

I was at Jubilee Mall HiFi Corp today and the customer service I got was amazing , the staff are forever smiling with their customers and There is this Guy called Katleho yoohh. His customer service excellent 👌

Hifi corp online shop is a scam. Purchased items on 29 November, till now, no delivery and they have not made contact. Just don't buy from these people.

I placed an order on 26 November 2025 and received a generic response blaming the weather conditions for my order that has not yet been delivered. They advise they have escalated it however i don't receive any feedback. I have since ordered items from other online retailers, also shipping from other parts of the country, and those orders have already been delivered. POOR SERVICE - NO ACCOUNTABILITY!

I wish I read the different reviews before purchasing. These people just don't care. Their call center cannot help, i purchased items on 29 December, till now, they are quiet. When I contact them, they just give generic answers

I purchased an Acer Aspire Lite 15 on 17 January 2025 and I have waited to give a review as I feel a longer time in use gives a better result. Over almost a year I have found this computer to be very reliable and faster than expected. Possibly the graphics could be a bit better but in relation to price they are very good. Only problem is sometimes it loses my User Profile but this could be a software problem.
