“I thought the training was good. A lot of information to take in, lots of temperatures to remember and some questions had very similar answers. It is such a difficult area food.. so many pitfalls, you would need eyes in the back of your head...”

“I thought it was a good course and helped with knowing what certain legal bodies do, also helped with the risk assessments, and knowing how important it is to check with the team for certain illness that could be caused by the chemicals that they are using.”
