“Excellent videos, reading aloud the text on the slides. Little exercises to check understanding in each module, then multiple choice test at end. Instant access and certificate. However, I would have preferred a hard copy printed reference to have while doing the course so I could highlight the key points as I went along (couldn't find a way of printing the slides). Having no idea how in-depth/technical/difficult the final questions were going to be (they were actually mostly common sense), I ended up making loads of notes as I went along which meant it took ages to complete, but it probably means i've learnt more that way so it wasn't a wasted effort.”

It's great to hear the course worked well for you, and that you were able to go through it thoroughly. I understand what you mean about the reference points for note taking, so I will pass these comments on to see if there is something we can offer to users in the future. At the moment we do not have downloadable or printable versions of the courses as we are always updating them, we wouldn't want to risk people having out of date information. “Before I say what i liked, one of the questions (the one I got wrong) came up with a "correct, well done!" AND a big red cross. Either I got it wrong and the text was incorrect, or the text was right but it counted my answer as wrong. wither way, needs fixing. Other than that, nice resource and easy to understand and the way the test loaded kept me focused on the details.”
