“The interface and usability were very good and smooth. While understandable for security, maybe the timeout could be a bit longer as it was slightly frustrating to have to log in again several times during the course. Thankfully, where I was at was saved, which was a relief. One small thing that would improve efficiency would be the ability to move directly from module to module without having to return to the home screen and scroll down after each module. (Ignore the "Easy" below. I accidently clicked it and can't now unanswer it.)”

“Very thorough course which causes you to engage with the information presented. Maybe safeguarding & child protection is not the best training to put online - information overload. One of the options to a question I misunderstood - "...ethnicity of person making disclosure..." or words to that effect. Perhaps using bold type could help. Also, giving an ongoing percentage score so far and allowing an additional 5 or 10 questions at the end if the person is close to the 80% threshold. Finally, an opportunity to take the assessment without completing every module for those who have high knowledge in the training subject - differentiation.”
