“I actually really enjoyed it , lots of information to take in despite recaps and notes i still had a couple of slip ups in the final assessment a little disappointed, with 85% , but overall very good”

“This is my second review. Apart from what I have already mentioned it would be of benefit to be able to print out the exam paper at the end of the course to allow quick and easy reference.”

Hello, thank you for your review! Unfortunately the course is unavailable for download or print as all the learning is completed online. Our courses are continually updated due to changing legislation and regulations so any paper copies could become inaccurate or outdated. However, even after you have completed the course and passed the test, you can log back in and repeat any of the learning modules as many times as you like. Just click on the "Review course" button on the end of the completed module and select previous until you get to the page you want to be at. “Overall the course was good. It would have been helpful to know the answers to the questions that I failed to answer correctly. Also When printing out the downloaded certificate it wasn't central. It printed approximately 1"/25mm too far to the left hand edge of the page, therefore missing some of the text.”
