“This was the first time I have ever done a training course in this anyway or form. What i was expecting was to do with on set dementia, as my mother in law has. So I was a bit disappointed once paid for the course that it wasn't what I expected. Your faithfully sonja”

“I enjoyed it. It was easy to follow. Everything explained clearly. I turned the sound off though as I found it a bit irritating. I prefer to just read the information. I think it would have been good to be able to print out the modules. I used reams of paper making notes.”

Hello Julia, Thank you for your lovely review, it’s very kind of you! I’m glad you enjoyed the course and found it easy to follow well well explained. Unfortunately, the course material is unavailable to print because each course is 100% online and interactive with moving images. Also, it contains confirmation exercises along the way that are designed to ensure that candidates have understood the information they learn as they progress through the course. Even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid for 12 months so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. At the end of each module there is a Module Summary, which you could always note down to help you in the future. “Got 80% by offering sensible stuff and failed on stuff that have not been trained in. Disliked being unable to start the assessment from the start and had to listen to 2 hours of inane babble”

If you could please let us know which part of the assessment you failed we will be happy to provide details on where to find this within the course.
