“The text and the commentary for each module were most informative and helpful. For future reference, I think the modules would form a very good reference booklet for use in the work place. It is difficult to remember all the very comprehensive content within each module when setting about applying the hygiene and safety food guidance. The success of acquiring the certificate is just the beginning of the story of the important process of application. However, just a very small negative point to note, the photograph of the person (chef) with hands on the food mixer had long finger nails, which appears to be at odds with an earlier message about nails in one of earlier modules..”

I am sure you can appreciate the responsibility we have as a training provider to ensure our users are taking the time to read and understand the information in front of them. I do however appreciate some people absorb information faster than others! There is a settings button within our courses and it does allow you to select your course speed to suit your preference.
