“I feel I must write to complain that having placed a large order at more than £95 on the morning of 14/5/24, I received an email a little later that morning from Higher Nature announcing the Spend & Save Event, which would have enabled me to save 15%. I rang you as soon as I was able to on my lunch break to explain that I had missed out on this discount but was told it was too late to apply it to my account. I was offered a discount on my next purchase but this would not equate to a similar discount as I rarely spend as much in one go. Whilst the member of staff was sympathetic and very polite, I do feel that as a member of many years, a credit could have been applied to my account for the discount I would have received, had I ordered later that morning. I feel very disappointed by the inflexible policy on this.”

“I have used red sterol for quite a while now , after being recommended by my son who is a Health Shop manager in Ireland .I first purchased through Amazon but after a while they were not able to supply and then I was able to purchase direct from Higher Nature, and I have had no problems since then. Even now after using Red Sterol by doctor would still suggest statins but I have always refused there are difinitely no side effects from the Red Sterol.”

“Like the Flax seed capsules and have used them for years to maximise Omega 3 intake. Flax seed can be hard to obtain from other sources, but Higher Nature provide high quality items which are easy to order and delivery is speedy.”

Within a short time Elizabeth replied with very clear and useful, relevant information which helped me decide which products to order. Pleased to say I received the order the next day with free delivery. Excellent!”

“I have been using Higher Nature for about 20 years or more and love their products, especially as so many are vegan. I have recently needed to up my iron levels and their Gentle Iron Complex is perfect with none of the side effects you can get with other iron supplements. Deliveries are always on time and they get a 5 star rating from me.”

“Initially I received the wrong order, hence the low score for disappointment and hassle factor to return but I have to say that the mistake was dealt with quickly and efficiently and without dispute so that was very much appreciated”

“Your products seem to have very short BB date time spans now. That didn’t used to be an issue. I just bought a years supply of omega capsules, on special offer, only to find that they will expire well before the year is out.”

“I did not receive the reminder email prior to my order being shipped as I had inexplicably been removed from the reminder list. I have now been placed back on it. Thankfully everything I needed was in the shipment. The products are high quality but there have been so many delays and non availability in recent years. It is not the company it was and as a customer I would appreciate much more information about what is going on.”
