“Product and mail order is fine but why offer a free gift for members and then only afterwards inform them they need to add it to an existing order? Unnecessarily difficult and as a result many will not take up the offer as they have already ordered in bulk (or perhaps that is deliberate?)”

“excellent products at a good price (with member discount). Sadly often out of stock and you are not able to add products that are out of stock to an order for later delivery. This makes it complicated to remember what you ordered as well as losing out on discount.”

“I've been buying some vitamins and supplements from Higher Nature for years, especially the Vit C Powder (previously called 'buffered') and their Vit D spray, I love them and they've kept me alot healthier than before I started using them. I recently re-ordered those plus others; I get the membership as the discounts are really good if you can order alot at one time (I get a year's or 6 months' worth). The queries I had about whether some new vitamins would be compatible with my modern blood thinner medication were answered (one yes, one not), and the package was sent out that day, arrived a few days later. Excellent products and service.”

“I have been more than satisfied with the service provided by Higher Nature, except that my H Factors has been unavailable for a few months now and I am concerned about the negative effects on my long term health. But otherwise - fine.”

“Very good company with excellent products that I've used successfully for decades, definitely improving the quality of my life. With this recent transaction, only half my order was delivered, although I'd paid in full (obvious error, as the parcel was intact & too small & light to contain everything). I contacted Higher Nature, had a prompt answer & the my order was completed a few days later. Only time I've ever had any issue with them; good swift solution to the problem - alwasy a good test of decent customer service.”

“In general you are a company I like. However, recently you tend to run out of certain products, sometimes for lengthy periods. It annoys me when you say a product is unavailable, you recommend a replacement which I order, only to be told with 24-48 hours that you now have the original back in stock. Maybe you should have fewer products but ensure you can say you can supply those you do have.”

“Always prompt service and great to have offers. Just a little dissapointing that the environment is not thought about enough. Received my Vitamine C as usual but as it was on offer I bought the cheapest which came in 6 small bottles, which I then tipped into the large one I bought last time. Could we not have offers in larger bottles, so saving the plastic.”
