“Used to be so good with stock always available and consultants just at the end of a phone. Now, so many items are only available with BBF Dates of March 2024, and that has been the same date for over one year.”

“Since it was take over by a foreign company, HN has lost the plot. Customer Service is unsatisfactory to say the least, the website remains a disaster, and payment methods are simply not working as they should. It is sad to see what was once a good company in the deplorable state it is now in. There are many competitors out there and I shall be sourcing from an alternative supplier in future.”

“I have been buying supplements from Higher Nature for many years. Quality is excellent and so is the quick delivery. However, I have noticed in recent months that several of my favourite items have not been in stock. And although I have entered my email address no one has got back to me to tell me they are back in stock. I am seriously thinking of just buying from my local wholefood shop instead. (which has nowhere near the choice of unusual supplements which I do like). I daresay the supply problems are not of Higher Nature's doing but with the high price of supplements everywhere, I may just opt for simplicity and convenience, which would be a shame!”

“I have been buying from Higher Nature for a very long time. Their tablets are excellent quality, staff very helpful and courteous. I have on occasion spoken to a nutritionist and they too are very knowledgeable as well as helpful. I cannot fault them in any way and have recommended them on many occasions.”
