“Great products but my opinion of you as a company was really dented when you took away the £17 of credit I had 'won' as part of your 29th Birthday, as I hadnt used it all in time. The fact you buried the credit amount so it was difficult to use and that any wording to say it had to be used by a certain date was not that noticeable was really poor.”
