“My initial search for my desired product left me very puzzled as to the quantities available and the cost. The description of the (rather expensive) product quoted the cost of 30 caps which one could not purchase as it came in 90s only and that cost was only for a subscription i.e. several months of continuous supply. I had to write and wait till after the weekend for a reply, which did clarify matters. But it was all confusing (visualeyes).”

“I have been a customer for many years but the frequency of out of stock items is beginning to make me consider a different provider. On my last order, two of the items I wanted were out of stock. This was also the case (for different items) on the order before that.”

“Order came quite quickly but not impressed overall. I typed Vitamin B into search box and nothing came up. -- because it's called High Strength. Unhelpful. Last time I ordered it was out of stock. Range has got quite limited.”

“I have been using Higher Nature for over 20 years and am very pleased with them. The products are great quality and reasonably priced. The staff are very helpful on the rare occasions I have had to phone up. The products always arrive well packed and within a few days of placing the order. Very happy.”

“Quite a few of the products I used to order are now discontinued. This means my order is reduced and so I don't get the full benefit of membership discount. My last order was badly packaged and I received my order in a Royal Mail plastic bag with a note warning me that some of the items could be missing. Fortunately, everything was in the bag. In the past, my order has been sent in a box. Clearly, the bag used was inadequate for the contents and the bag burst.”

“Been using Higher Nature for thirty plus years.Things not been so good recently as products we rely on unavailable due to lack of availablilty due to Brexit,we are told. There were no probs before we joined the EU but now we left there are???Not very impressive really.”

“I have been a very loyal and supportive customer of Higher Nature for years and also a member. I find that has saved me money on these excellent supplements. Recently, I have been a bit disappointed that I haven't been able to get Vitamin B Complex with Magnesium as I used to, and also there have been various supplements unavailable. Such as the really good multivitamin and mineral one HN sell. My usual pro biotic was not available either. I am not sure if this is due to the general supply problems in many industries at the moment. Perhaps an explanation on the website would be helpful?”
