“I was recommended to use Higher Nature by a friend. On doing my research I discovered that their prices are very competitive so I placed my first order on 6th January 2021. At this point it is important to point out that I live in France so I was half expecting a slow delivery due to the uncertainties post-Brexit. I was totally amazed, and so impressed to receive a telephone call, quite out of the blue, from Higher Nature, expressing profuse apologies but to say that they were behind with the necessary paper work to send to France so there would be a delay and if I preferred they would give me a total refund. I was so impressed that HN had initiated the call there was no way I would take the custom away from them. There was a continued delay so I rang HN and again they were so apologetic and I decided to leave my order with them. I am pleased to say it has now arrived and of course, the delivery delays were not of their doing. The after sales service has been second to none and so much more personal to receive a telephone call than an email.....well done Higher Nature,”

“I’ve been using Higher Nature for my vitamins and supplements for many years. The products are of the best quality and those I use for my eye care have been proved to be of benefit from hospital appointments. In terms of efficiency and delivery they are excellent. Advice from their practitioners also first class. I also enjoy their magazine which is very informative. I wouldn’t buy anywhere else.”

“What can I say, I have placed an order for 5 items couple of weeks ago and 3 of the items arrived relatively quickly. 2 of the items list in the postal service. I called Higher Nature 2 days ago and I have explained the issue.The lady on the other end of the line she was very eager to help with my situation, she understood the importance of the items for my wife's dietary course by her doctor and immediately she assured me that she will re-dispach the missing items right now.Well , just home from work and the missing items are here!! Thanks a lot, I am impressed and really greatful!! I would recommend Higher Nature without any hesitation. Thanks Kind regards George Michael London”

“I have had a badly fungal large toe nail and over the years have tried lots of so called cures. I've been to chiropodists and my doctor suggested a drug which could cause liver damage and needs to be taken at least 6 months. I started taking oregano capsules for digestive problems and to my amazement and extreme joy, new normal nail is emerging. Oregano of course is strongly anti-fungal and nail fungus is in the body not just the nail. Thank you, thank you, thank you.”
