“Packaging needs to be better; my book arrived with damaged corners…. Contacted customer service and waiting for reply.. I will also add the ink is normal enough for the fuzzy prints; cute idea but needs to be better sharpness in print”

“It would really help if the product I had ordered had been delivered before asking what I thought. Is it just laziness that you ask for reviews because “that’s what we do” when ever we sell something. Try being an efficient and trustworthy provider first. Disgruntled customer.”

“Front cover had the gold text slightly damaged. Turned out to be a good thing as it got me to check the inside of the book. Instead of Manchester City history, it was Sheffield United... and this was due to be a Christmas present for a dedicated City fan. Hoping customer service resolve the issue and I can return with a good review. Delivery took 4 days which for a personalised product was good. Wish I had waited till black friday for 25% off though. It's an expensive gift. Attempted to add images to review, but this feature isn't working.”

“Very disappointed, when it arrived the corner of the book had wrinkling and the print is so small and fuzzy It’s unreadable. Great concept, but not worth the price since you can’t actually read it the print. Hoping to get a refund. Contacted customer service and I’m waiting to hear back.”

“I was so disappointed when I received the year book. It was as described-the front page of newspaper-but majority of pages were full of adverts. Very little news. It was supposed to be a special gift for my grandson’s 30th birthday but I have just put it back in the box and am sad that it was not special and a waste of money. Would love my money back Have purchased sports book prior to this and was very pleased with it”

“Was quite disappointed with the paper I received. Not the quality but the fact that I paid quite a lot of money (£60.00) and the paper had only 4 pages. It would have been useful to have had this information so I could have made a more informed choice. I probably would have had second thoughts.”
