“I had issue with the name on the front cover, I emailed twice hoping to get it fixed and never got a response. The print is extremely small in the book on different pages. You will need a magnify glass to read.”

“The Arsenal book was very nice quality. I ordered it in plenty of time to deliver it. However instead of Arsenal FC, the cover was Arsenal but the entire contents was Auburn Tiger football. The replacement arrived yesterday, a week after I was to deliver it.”

“We like your product but your Courier/Delivery Amazon Shipping company is appalling. You tried three times to deliver the product for headlines celebrating our friends 90th Birthday. Each time it was not delivered even though the delivery company said they had tried ,or we werent in when we were, or they couldn't find us. Change your delivery company please, before we consider a further purchase”

“I made an error on my order and you said that even though it had only been an hour the book was in production and couldn't be changed. You said if I paid another $60 delivery you would send me the right book details but I would also receive the wrong book. This never happened so you took $60 of my money with no refund or goods. In good spirit Iordered another book that I received but that does not take away the feeling of being deceived by you”

“Book corners came damaged and surprised to see how it was shipped with no protective wrapping or corner protection. When you pay this much for a product and also high shipping cost ($50 AUD) you expect it to be protected correctly. Embarrassed to even gibe this as it was a gift.”

“very poor quality paper. Just headlines from front pages which are meaningless if you don t remember the incidents. very disappointed in the product for the price. I will give it to my daughter as it would be useless to anyone else but to be honest i will slip it to her quietly not present it to her at the table where other people will want to look at it.”

“I bought this book for my son's birthday. It arrived undamaged but the front cover - supposed to be blue leatherette with silve embossed name - was nothing like that at all. Just a white label on a blue paper cover. Also the font in some of the articles is so small they really cannot be read without a magnifying glass! (and i have good eyesight!!.) I would very much like a refund. Please send me a return postage label. I have already emailed you with several photograghs”

“I thought we were getting a re-print. This was old, and musty with mold oder. This is very dangerous for the elderly, and in some cases it could be deadly, sending a frail person into respitoray arrest. Also the item was falling apart deteriorating so bad it could not be viewed.”

“Really disappointed with the quality of the product I received. The binding is poor and the print quality of the personalization was really bad as well. I was embarassed to gift this but i did not have time to seek out an alternative. I would not order again.”

“On page 5 of the original Daily Express 4th September 1935 is a story concerning my grandfather. I contracted to buy this paper, but was sent the Welsh Edition which does not feature the story. Although they said there were Scottish and Irish editions of this same date's Express, they did not bother to say that this was the Welsh edition not the national edition which I can see on the Daily Express archive website. So basically I have been missold £58 of waste paper”
