“Thank you for my wonderful holiday. Maybe more attention should be given to update your website. It was a bit distressing when my holiday price went up twice within half a day. It’s not fair and this has to be sorted out. A Byway I had an enjoyable holiday”

“I had a nightmare with my original holiday plans (not with holidaygems), so had to book a last minute holiday with a change of destination and I picked holidaygems. This is my first time using them and will definitely use again. Nathan was very helpful and got everything sorted for me.”

“Easy to use online. The hotel hadn't updated the availability on their website so the price increased slightly but that not a fault of holiday gems. Richard was very helpful on the phone sorting this our znd booking our flight seats”

“Initially Booking a holiday was so easy, but try request help to add another passenger to our booking! Room can accommodate 2! Just need to enquire to hotel for cost n booked flight n transfer! 1st sales person had to contact us, he’d got outbound: Manchester to cyprus..inbound cyprus to Gatwick London! The lovely Lady who addressed our concerns..rectified it instantly”

“I was a bit disappointed with booking a holiday online to be told my price would be more once holiday gem contacted me. I thought this was misleading, specially when payment details are requested. However martin was exceptionally professional and guided me through my booking. In the end it was all sorted. Looking forward to my holiday.”

This appears to be an online order and no payment is taken when the order is submitted. The website gives full information of the process on every page of the order and this is reiterated in the Terms and Conditions to which you agreed when submitting the order. Once orders are received by our office, should we not be able to honour the booking at the web price we will call the client to offer any suitable alternatives which is then up to the client to accept or not. No payment is taken until our client agrees to the new costs. A pre-authorisation only is held, and released immediately if no booking is confirmed. Thank you for proceeding with the booking and for your positive comments regarding our agent. We know that Martin will appreciate the time you have taken to post the review.
