“Very happy with holiday gems. I’m a returning customer. Have used holiday gem for 8 years now. Always very pleasant and helpful advisors. Nathan tonight was very helpful. The only reason I won’t give 5/5 is the cost always changes. Other than that, faultless. Thank you.”

“Booked online ..paid by card ...phoned me 20 mins later and said price had gone up £120. Told them I wasnt paying as had confirmation e mail and they said sorry phoned wrong customer ......strange ???”

“Great range of holidays at bargain prices with unusually flexible flight options. Sadly unable to amend a holiday purchased in error (wrong year!) except at hugely increased costs due to airline policies ... but decided to cut potential losses by booking for 2022 AND 2023.”

“Very good but when you first book look for the 1.3 day flexible dates you normally have to tick a box but not here going next week so could tell you more when I come back 👍”

“Have booked to go to Rhodes but was somewhat disappointed that the price went up £81 from the original reservation on Friday to the following day when the booking was confirmed. If this increase could be removed, it would be appreciated. Thanks, David Bowyer.”

“Cannot fault the process of booking a holiday through Holiday Gems or the helpfulness of the staff [thank you Stuart} Our only criticism is that it took 2.5 days for somebody to get back to us to confirm our booking and by then it had gone up £50. When we book with them again we will ensure that we trigger a response from them sooner rather than later”
