I have dealt with Holiday Gems for some years and have found their holidays well organised and enjoyable. Booking is easy and their customer service operatives are pleasant and helpful. Their documentation is comprensive a d easy to understand.

I recently booked a holiday with this company and i can honestly say the representative who dealt with us was very friendly nice and helpful her name was Geraldine she went out of her way to help us find the best deal

Easy to navigate website. Await confirmation phoned next morning price of holiday increased so had to pay difference and received all documentation. Competitive prices.

I didn't have to wait too long on the phone. Booking was smooth and sent relevant documents quickly. Only negative was, the price was slightly more than shown online.

Thank you for your positive comments which are appreciated. The costs online are always addressed if the booking is made in that format. The website gives full information of the process on every page of the order and this is reiterated in the Terms and Conditions. Once orders are received by our office, should we not be able to honour the booking at the web price we will call the client to offer any suitable alternatives which is then up to the client to accept or not. No payment is taken until our client agrees to the new costs. A pre-authorisation only is held, and released immediately if no booking is confirmed. We do apologise if the information has been confusing

We are so disappointed that we could not achieve a 5* rating due to any delays. Due to a surge in bookings as restrictions are lifted, we do know that there are times that call wait times have exceeded our normal timeframes for which we sincerely apologise. We are somewhat confused by the review content as the special requests have been transmitted to the supplier and are showing on your booking confirmation emailed on booking. For us to pursue this issue, please contact our customer services team by telephone or email and they will endeavour to resolve the matter.

Only just booked so can't comment yet but must say the online stuff I had to do was a nightmare don't know if it's correct as part 2 is 2 days before we go Then there's the test when away n form filling aagghhh

The only info missing when we booked was regarding the law in the area for all inclusive holidays. Otherwise straightforward. An option to pay monthly would be nice too.

Good choice of holiday deals to suit your budget. Easy online booking process. Was contacted by a friendly member of staff via phone to confirm a few details but I missed their call. It took a couple of hours to get a call back but they are dealing with a very high volume of calls at the moment. Overall the holiday was booked and confirmed really quickly.

I have only just booked again with HG after a few years break. The first time I went with them, I forgot to print out my return flight stub, and some how HG found out and faxed them to my hotel the day before leaving. That's what you call service. I only gave a 4 star as my new holiday has only just been booked
