“Nathan at holiday gems was brilliant helped us get a holiday sorted very last minute due to tui canceling ours the day before we was due to go we ended up booking Rhodes in Greece all sences nautical blue hotel Would definitely use again to book another holiday”

“Holiday price went up by 70 pounds from the advertised website. Richard was very helpful and managed to reduce it by 35 pounds. Not impressed by the company after paying extra 35pounds.Richard was outstanding.”

“I booked a last minute holiday to turkey late at night. I got an email saying it will be 72 hours before an email. Then I get a call from a lovely chap Nathan who assured me he will book it as we speak for same price. I was relieved at the work ethic working the jubilee holiday how great he was handling my holiday. Holiday gems are lucky to have a great asset and member of staff in Nathan. I will defitnely book another holiday with holiday gems because of Nathan. Thank you Shahbaz a happy customer.”

“I’ve had the BEST experience with booking my holiday and it’s all down to Nathan’s customer service! Polite, patient and friendly throughout the whole process. I feel he went above and beyond, making endless searches and nothing was ever too much. I will recommend this company and Nathan, moving forward I will only be booking through Holiday Gems and I hope Nathan will be at the end of the phone! Thank you so much.”
