Mrs Dawson please kindly check your emails. We can see only one message to you in our group email account which was after your online enquiry on 31 July. The response from us on 2 August was with instructions. If however this is not sufficient, please do email the customer service team who will be happy to help you further.

Hello Diana, since you booked on our website it does explain that this is not a live booking tool and we will endeavour to obtain the price advertised or let you know if we cannot. This was the case for your booking and you agreed to pay more so were not cheated at all.

“Paul was amazing very professional & helpful he sorted my accommodation as my flight was cancelled so he swapped the credit to another booking Paul has dealt with me a few times and always really helpful will continue to use holiday gems”

“I was initially disappointment for not being able to get through on the phone despite trying many times. However the Company got in touch with me later, as my number flashed up on their system to apologise for their failure to answer my call. The Rep.( Lily Sakar) was not just apologetic but very courteous, patient and well mannered. She understood my requirement and tailored the package to my satisfaction. "Fantastic Service keep up the good work"”
