“Great service! Simple website to navigate and loved that there were no hidden extras and the price quoted was what was due! Really efficient customer service from Paul Warrington who responded really quickly to my questions and called to check that all answers were sufficient and to talk me through Covid travel needs, and requirements, with helpful advice and comments. It was a refreshing change to deal with a Company that clearly take pride in their customer service and this is clearly reflected in the attention and personality from Paul. I will definititely recommend Holiday Gems and will use them again for any future bookings-thanks!”

“I booked the holiday with comparative ease and paid the deposit. Within a few minutes a very polite, friendly and professional lady phoned to confirm all details. However, at the end of this conversation I was informed that the cost of the holiday had increased by £74. As this was not expected and caught me off guard, I accepted the change. After some consideration I am extremely disappointed with this as the price quoted SHOULD be the price I pay. This has also impacted on the budget for our 25th wedding anniversary celebrations (the reason for the holiday). I feel very disillusioned with Holiday Gems.”

This appears to be an online order and no payment is taken when the order is submitted. The website gives full information of the process on every page of the order and this is reiterated in the Terms and Conditions to which you agreed when submitting the order. Once orders are received by our office, should we not be able to honour the booking at the web price due to a 'cross over' in availability or costs, we will call the client to offer any suitable alternatives which is then up to the client to accept or not. No payment is taken until our client agrees to the new costs. A pre-authorisation only is held, and released immediately if no booking is confirmed. We do hope, that despite the issue raised that your Silver Anniversary will be special for you both

“Due to the Covid 19 virus, i had to change my holiday to Malta this year to a holiday in Majorca next year. Holiday Gems agent Steven Jones couldn't do enough to help, he was BRILLIANT”
