“Have booked to go to Rhodes but was somewhat disappointed that the price went up £81 from the original reservation on Friday to the following day when the booking was confirmed. If this increase could be removed, it would be appreciated. Thanks, David Bowyer.”

“Ive made a booking with you and asked for transfers to be added ive emailed and rang several times ive still not recieved any confirmation or paperwork .i asked to be upgraded to a superior room which you where going to charge me amendment fees after the confusion on the phone around the room being available so could do better i will ring again and ask for my paperwork this will be the 3rd call for this 🙄🤔”

Thank you for the comments in the review. We do note, however, that the room requested online was confirmed and any subsequent upgrade will be subject to charges. We note that our customer service team is addressing the issue of the transfers and will be contacting you as soon as possible.

“Cannot fault the process of booking a holiday through Holiday Gems or the helpfulness of the staff [thank you Stuart} Our only criticism is that it took 2.5 days for somebody to get back to us to confirm our booking and by then it had gone up £50. When we book with them again we will ensure that we trigger a response from them sooner rather than later”

“I’ve booked about 8 holidays with holiday gems ,and wouldn’t book with anyone else ,that’s thanks to Jordan ,I ask for him when I book ,he is very professional and easy to talk to ,if I have any problems he sorts them about ASAP ,book with confidence thanks carole”

“Very good booking. Sam had a great telephone manner and did not make us feel as if we were a nuisance. All questions that we asked she answered immediately. A pleasurable experience that meant we did not have to sit for hours in a shop only to be given a higher price. Will certainly use again.”
