“I booked this holiday with the help from a lady called Geraldinel..I was not quite sure what to do with all the paperwork and test results we needed to go in holiday but she sorted everything out and made it so easy for us and even give me a number to call if we got into any problems…I’m definitely going to book with holidaygens from now on thank you Geraldinel.”

“HI been dealing with Finn Gresty over the last couple of days and would like to thank her for sorting out a few issues with the rooms upon booking confirmation received all the paperwork through this morning and the service we have received has been excellent lets hope we get the suite upgrade we have requested once again many thanks for your efforts”

“Booked online ..paid by card ...phoned me 20 mins later and said price had gone up £120. Told them I wasnt paying as had confirmation e mail and they said sorry phoned wrong customer ......strange ???”

“Paid my holiday in full by card online,then the next day I received a call from Holiday Gems to say I had to pay £80 extra as the hotel room rate had changed. Unbelievable Jeff”

This appears to be an online order and no payment is taken when the order is submitted. The website gives full information of the process on every page of the order and this is reiterated in the Terms and Conditions to which you agreed when submitting the order. Once orders are received by our office, should we not be able to honour the booking at the web price due to fluctuations in availability or cost due to 'cross over' between submission and confirmation, we will call the client to offer any suitable alternatives which is then up to the client to accept or not. No payment is taken until our client agrees to the new costs. A pre-authorisation only is held, and released immediately if no booking is confirmed. Thank you for proceeding with the booking and we are sure that you will have a great holiday.
