Good prices advertised but they change whilst you are booking. Whilst trying to book a holiday the website would not allow me to pay, then that and another holiday vanished from the site.

Unfortunately, our suppliers and/or airlines feed our website directly and we are sure that you will appreciate that the availability and/or costs can change rapidly. Whilst we do all possible to avoid these issues, they are a matter over which we have no control. We thank you for booking with us and trust that you will enjoy a perfect holiday.

This is the first time I have booked with holiday gems but the agent that help me Paul Warrington was very helpful find as exactly what we needed and I would not hesitate to use your company again

The same day that we booked someone from your office rang me and put the price up by£75!Not very impressed with that at all.We were put on the spot and agreed but would have preferred the option of upgrading our accomodation for the extra money.

This appears to be an online order and no payment is taken when the order is submitted. The website gives full information of the process on every page of the order and this is reiterated in the Terms and Conditions to which you agreed when submitting the order. Once orders are received by our office, should we not be able to honour the booking at the web price we will call the client to offer any suitable alternatives which is then up to the client to accept or not. No payment is taken until our client agrees to the new costs. A pre-authorisation only is held, and released immediately if no booking is confirmed. Thank you for accepting the increase and proceeding with the booking and we trust that you will have a great holiday.

Very easy to deal with I’ve got all the stuff that deals with our family holiday for July we don’t want all the hoopla that goes with all inclusive a plain self catering do what we want when we want holiday which was provided by holiday gems thank you.

I have booked holiday was dealing with a man sorting our holiday rang back numerous times but the last thing he said was I ring you back shortly and still no phone call. Plus I don't have any paper work of holiday etc we booked. I find this not good service

Iv been with holiday gems a number of years and never found a problem staff are very helpful so Iv recommend them to numerous people which have also booked with them got 2 holidays booked this year thanks holiday gems

Booked with Holiday Gems with Jordan he was initially very helpful until he took my money phoned and asked to speak with him twice since and hasn't got back to me . Haven't received confirmation yet of my Holiday so awaiting that still .

Was helped very well before holiday September 2021 ie changing airport which worked out £180 cheaper and would get it back. Been emailing several times for my refund since October 2021.after care from holiday gems very poor
