“I Mohammad can honestly say my experience with Holiday Gems was excellent as I had no trouble arranging my dates and accommodation to fly out to Marrakesh Finn was superb with the customer service and understood all my needs which I required for the Holiday and answered all the questions and ticked all boxes. “Call handler was very helpful and explained everything. The actual fact that we booked a holiday paid for it and then had to pay more was not acceptable and needs to be clearer before booking.”

“Had a fairly easy experience when booking online. How ever when i went to pay I did so but I never realised my payment went through as I did not get confirmation straight away. So I re did it and then was told the payment went through and it will not be put through twice .”
