“Fantastic customer service by Finn Griesty. We are repeat customers with Holiday Gems and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very professional and great attention to detail and holiday package prices hard to beat. The whole booking process was very smooth and wasn’t rushed and Finn was able to answer all my questions and provide all the details that I needed. She is a real asset to your company. “Booked a last minute trip online and got a call back within 24 hours, as the rooms that we'd booked weren't all available on that board basis. Stuart was really helpful on the phone, found us a different room combination and honoured the original price. He went through everything and was really clear and friendly :)”
