“We are very impressed with the service and help we have received from Nathan today. After being let down by another travel company my husband telephoned Holiday Gems and spoke to Nathan about booking another holiday. He gave us his direct phone number to call him back to continue with the booking later in the day once my husband and I had had time to discuss the price and details. We did phone back and Nathan was extremely helpful, professional and patient throughout. He made sure several times that the details were correct before booking. We liked that we could speak to a human being which made the process much less stressful and we didn't get any 'hard sell' at all! We're really happy with the whole process thanks.”

“I recently booked an all inclusive holiday to turkey online and had to wait for confirmation. I got a call back from an agent to go over some details but I was busy so the agent said that they would give me a call back as soon as I'm free. I never got that call, so I called back but the agent that was dealing with my query was busy on another call and that they will call back. Time was ticking so I called back and by then the office was closed. by this time I wasn't happy. So I then I got a call from a guy called Nathan, when I 'received his call I was at work and couldn't speak. So I told him to give me a call when I've finished work...To cut a long story short. This man delt with all my questions/ problems with my booking and he also apologised for the other agent that never gave me a call back.. All I can say this man was a very nice man who made me feel at ease. All I want to say to Nathan is, Thank you and well done because I wasn't happy at all. keep up the good work Nathan and thanks again.”

“I spoke with a lady advisor and she was very polite and took her time with my enquiry. I was looking to change my hotel in December, but at the moment the price's are too high, so was advised to come back in a month or two.”

“Just booked a lovely first holiday for me and my boyfriend for his birthday to playa de las americas. So happy with the service i got on the phone booking my holiday. I spoke to a lovely gentleman called nathan who absolutely went out of his way for me to make sure everything was perfect i carnt thank him enough so happy definitely book through this service again 5*”
