“Booking the holiday with you was easy , but regarding the call back to confirm everything would of been nice especially when I was called the next day and the signal wasn't very good and she said she would call back 1hour later also it would of been nice to be told about adding luggage as apparently now you need to book hand luggage on as before this use to be free”

“The price of the holiday was increased from the one published by £28. but it was still the cheapest holiday price I could find. The guy dealing with this was pleasant and the holiday was confirmed the next day'”

“The adviser who confirmed my booking, Martin, was very helpful. I was however disappointed that when my booking was confirmed, I was informed that there were no rooms available. The advisor then managed to find a room, but at a higher price ( this was not an upgrade) I therefore had to pay extra to confirm the booking.”
